ARCHIVED - 8th November to 11th January, “Tricotomía”, exhibition by artist Ángel García Maciá in Cartagena
The exhibition at the Centro Cultural Luzzy explores the nature of body, mind and soul
An exhibition of work by the Cartagena-based artist Ángel García Maciá is being held under the title of “Tricotomía” at the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy in the city, presenting a series of images which are intended to underline the value of differences, love and the fight against pain in life. As well as paintings there are also photographs, sculptures and even poetry among the exhibits, all of them reflecting the way in which investigation into new fields is a necessary part of personal growth.
The title of the exhibition is intended to reflect the “trinity” of our beings: body, mind and soul.
Ángel García Maciá graduated from the Fine Art faculty of the University of Murcia, gaining later qualifications in Valencia, and his work has been included in numerous exhibitions on the Region of Murcia.
