A brand-new flight out of Murcia Airport has just started
The Region of Murcia International Airport has launched a new flight route to Bilbao this weekend
The Region of Murcia International Airport has started a new connection with the northern Spanish city of Bilbao, operated by the airline Volotea. This new route now runs twice a week and starts with flights on Wednesdays and Sundays, although during some weeks of the summer it will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The first flight from Bilbao arrived at Corvera Airport yesterday, Sunday June 2, at 11.50am, slightly ahead of schedule by 10 minutes. A total of 165 passengers were on board.
During the current summer high season, Murcia Airport has 22 regular flight destinations – 15 international and seven domestic.
